Recruiting in the IT space and particularly at MMI is extremely exciting as well as rewarding. We offer a base salary and a generous commission structure.

The Daily Life of a Recruiter at MMI involves spending a significant amount of time on the phone and reviewing resumes. It involves creativity and heavy use of both our internal database as well as varied social media outlets. You will spend a significant amount of time interviewing and qualifying potential candidates and taking part in a variety of tasks surrounding initial interviewing, negotiation, on-boarding and relationship management. Some specific tasks include but are not limited to the following:

·Sourcing Qualified Candidates for Available positions

·Screening and Interviewing all potential Candidates

·Prepare resumes for presentation to Clients

·Prepare and Debrief Candidates before and after interview

·Utilize LinkedIn and other Social Media Sites for hiring Candidates and promoting MMI

·Actively Participate in our Retention Program and meet Retention Goals

·Building Relationships- Meet Candidates Face to Face as often as possible

·Continue to build database of Consultants and keep them active

****To be successful in this business, you must be tenacious, smart, positive, confident, organized and hungry. Although this role is not for everyone, it is extremely rewarding. The environment is dynamic and every day will feel like a new adventure. Keep in mind that this is a sales oriented position and that we will look at numbers and expect productivity.

Metrics such as Resumes Sent, Candidate Placements and References obtained will be tracked and goals surrounding these metrics will be set for you by your manager. You will be in an environment that offers a tremendous amount of support, training and guidance.

·Can progress into Sales/ Account Management role

·Can grow with Recruiting to take on a Delivery Management Role

Desired Skills and Experience
